Steamed Fish With Preserved Radish

INGREDIENTS :
 500 ml water to steam fish
 250 g piece white fish steak
Topping
 80 g preserved radish, salty & minced type
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 3 cloves garlic
 2 shallots
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 2 tsp sugar
 1 tsp dark soy sauce
 1 tsp sesame oil
PREPARATIONS :

- Wash and clean the fish. Rub the fish with little salt and pepper.
- Place the fish on the steam dish.

COOKING METHODS :

Topping
- Place garlic and shallot into mixing jar to chop.
Settings: Press TURBO Timer: 2 Seconds

- Scrape down with spatula.
- Add in the rest of the topping ingredients to saute until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Pour the sauce on top of the fish
- Place the dish in the steamer.

- Add 500 ml water into mixing jar. Stack the steamer on the lid cover.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Adjust Settings Timer : 15 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Garnish with coriander or green spring onion.
