INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 4 cloves garlic
 8 cili padi or api
 6 dried chili
 1 coriander root
 3 tbsp coriander leaves
(B)
 40 g oil
 45 g fish sauce
 120 ml tamarind juice
 30 g brown sugar/palm sugar
 1 tsp salt
(C)
 200 ml water
(D) Marinate Fish
 1 siakap
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 1 tsp salt
 2 tbsp turmeric powder
(E) Garnish
 Tomato (optional)
COOKING METHODS:

- Prep and marinate your fish. Deep fry or air fry your fish and set-asides.
- Add (A) into mixing jar with measuring cup on - refine to your preference.
Settings: TURBO / Timer: 2 Seconds

- Scrape down and add oil and start cooking with measuring cup on.
- After 5 minutes, carefully remove measuring cup and slowly add the remaining ingredients (B)
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add (C) . Reduce time if you prefer your gravy more runny. And then, once cooked, pour over your fried fish and garnish with coriander leaves and tomatoes.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 110°C

TIPS
- Make sure to slice into some parts of your fish to ensure your fish is cook thoroughly
