INGREDIENTS :
 3 tbsp oil
 453 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
 6 slices beef, chopped
 4 tsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
 227 g scallions, thinly sliced
 1 large clove garlic, minced
To Boil
 950 ml water
 Salt to taste
 Pepper to taste
 227 g stone-ground grits
 3 tbsp butter
 455 g cheddar cheese, shredded
COOKING METHODS :
1

- Add oil and shrimp into mixing jar to fry until shrimp turn pink.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Set-asides.

- Add beef to fry until browned.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add reserved shrimp, lemon juice, parsley, scallions and garlic into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer into serving bowl.

- Add in water, salt, pepper and grits into mixing jar to boil.
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C / Heat Power : 10

- Add in butter and cheese for last 1 Minutes .

- Spoon grits into a serving bowl. Add shrimp mixture and mix well. Serve immediately.
