125 g unsalted butter
125 g heavy cream
1 tsp salt

- Place the butter, brown sugar, heaving cream and salt in the mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 7 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 110°C

- Pour the caramel sauce into an airtight container and allow cooling completely, then storing in the refrigerator. The caramel sauce will thicken up some once it’s cooled and refrigerated.

- Serve this caramel sauce immediately while warm, or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Reheat before use.
