Salmon Lemon Butter

INGREDIENTS :
Marinade
 550 g salmon (4 fillets), 1-inch thick
 ½ tsp salt
  tbsp black pepper
Sauce
 2 garlic cloves
 75 g butter
 ½ tsp honey
 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  cup lemon zest
 160 ml white wine (omit for halal)
 120 ml heavy cream
 45 g parmesan cheese
Garnish
 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 Lemon slices
PREPARATIONS :

Marinate Salmons
- Dab both sides of salmon dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Then wrapping in baking paper, making into parcels and either folding or twisting edges.

COOKING METHODS :

Sauce
- Add garlic to the mixing jar, press TURBO.
Settings: Timer: 2 Seconds

- Add the butter and honey then saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°

- Add the white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest and heavy cream in the mixing jar.
Settings : Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2/ Temperature: 100°

- Pour the sauce over the salmon and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place the parcels on the small steamer tray.
- Place other vegetables in the large steamer.
- Add water 1000ml in the mixing jar.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Adjust the Timer : 15 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer the fish from the small steamer.
- Continue steam harden vegetable such as potatoes, carrots.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 10 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
