INGREDIENTS :
 250 g red beans , washed
 600 ml water, first cook
 300 ml water, 2nd cook
 50 ml water, 3rd blend
 150 g caster sugar, reduce 25g for less sweet
 125 g peanut oil, split into 60% and 40%
 30 g maltose or honey
COOKING METHODS :
1

- Wash and rinse the red beans in the simmering basket.
First cook
- Place the red beans in the mixing jar and add water to cook.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 20 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

2nd cook
- Add water and continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 25 Minutes / Speed 2 / Temperature: 100°C

3d Blend
- Use measuring cup to fill up water and add into the mixing jar to blend.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed 10

- Add sugar and continue blend.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed 10

Attach butterfly whisk
- Add 40% of peanut oil to cook.
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed 2 / Temperature: 100°C / Heat Power: < 5

Notes: if you don't have peanut oil, use cooking oil and add 1 - 2tbsp of peanut butter

- Add remaining 60% of peanut oil to cook.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed 2 / Temperature: 100°C / / Heat Power: < 5

- Add maltose or honey and cook.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed 3 / Temperature: 90°C

- Let it cool completely.
- Keep in the airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Total weight : Approx. 600g paste

Tips:
- Use Tuya apps preset mode - Simple Chef - 'CLEAN' to wash your mixing jar.
- Instead of washing the jar, add 200 ml water make a red bean drink. You can add a little more red bean paste to make it more flavour.

Setting: 15 Seconds / Speed : 8 for a cold drink.
Setting: 8 Minutes / Speed : 3 / Temperature: 100°C for a hot drink.
