INGREDIENTS :
50 ml water
1 ½ tsp gelatin powder
100 g sugar
250 g berries
300 g fresh cream
COOKING METHODS :

- Pour the gelatin in cold water. The gelatin will soak up all the water. This is called blooming the gelatin.

- Place the sugar, berries and mix.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 5

- Place the cream and blend.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 4

- Add the gelatin water and continue blend.
Settings: Timer: 5 Seconds / Speed: 5

- Pour into the serving dish.

- Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes and this will give the mousse time to fully set.
