INGREDIENTS :
 2 tbsp prune puree
 227 g frozen peaches
 115 g frozen blueberries
 ¼ pear, roughly chopped
 177 ml milk of choice *see notes below
 ¼ tsp ground flaxseeds (optional)
COOKING METHODS :

- Place in all the ingredients.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- You may need to add in additional milk, in 60 ml increments, if the smoothie is too thick.
- Continue to blend until finer texture.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Transfer into a baby smoothie cup and serve.

Tips
Prune Smoothie instead of the pouch, you can use 2-3 tbsp fresh prune juice or 1 dried, pitted prune that was soaked in hot water for 10 minutes.
Notes on Milk: you can use any milk you prefer in these smoothies – regular, prepared formula, breastmilk, almond, soy, or oat milk. If using plant-based milk, make sure to use a plain version with no added sugars.
