Prawns with Spicy Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS :
To Fry
 500 g prawns, peeled and devein
 oil to fry
To Blend
 3 tbsp oil
 ½ onion, chopped into pieces
 1 chili
 1 tomato, chopped into 4 pieces
 1 tbsp lemongrass, chopped
 1 tsp ginger, chopped
Seasoning
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 pinch salt
 ½ tsp sugar
PREPARATIONS :

- Peel and separate the heads and shells of all the prawns.
- Clean prawns, slit the back and remove the vein. Set asides.

COOKING METHODS :

- Add in oil and prawns into mixing jar to fry until cooked through.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Set the prawns asides.

- Add in onion, chili, tomato, lemongrass and ginger into mixing jar to blend.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 7

- Add in oil to to sauté until slightly wilted.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C / Heat Power : 5

- Add in seasoning, tomato paste, sugar and salt into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in fried prawns continue to cook.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer into serving plate and garnish with coriander.
