INGREDIENTS :
 4 Whole chicken thighs (skin-on, bone-in)
Piri Piri Sauce
 3 red chillies
 4 cloves garlic
 6 black peppercorns
 1 lemon, squeeze juice
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp ground pepper
 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp oregano
 25 g brown sugar
 56 g olive oil
Side Dishes
 1 red bell pepper, cut into wedges
 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into wedges
 1 red onion, roughly chopped
 1 lemon, cut into wedges
 2 potatoes, cut into wedges
Garnish
 Chopped parsley
 Lemon wedges
COOKING METHODS:

- Place all Piri Piri ingredients in the mixing jar to chop until smooth combine.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 5

Reserved 1/4 for serving.

- Pour the marinade sauce into a large zip lock bag.
- Transfer the chicken meats to the bag and keep in refrigerate for one hour.

- Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with foil paper.
- Transfer the marinade chicken in the baking dish. Arrange the chicken skin is facing up, then bake.
Settings: Timer: 45 Minutes / Temperature: 200°C

- Once the chicken is cooked baste the skin with any residual cooking liquid from the baking dish.

- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges and remaining Piri Piri sauce.

Option:
- You can cut the chicken into 5 cm, add 2 tbsp olive oil and stir fry.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed : 2 / Temperature: 120°C
