Pineapple Curry with Salmon

INGREDIENTS :
 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 240 ml coconut cream
 240 ml water
 ½ pineapple, cut into bite sized pieces
 Salt to taste
 450 g salmon, skin removed and cut into bite sized
Spice Paste
 5 red chilies
 6 shallots
 2 cloves garlic
 1 stalk lemongrass, thinly slice
 1 inch cube belacan or shrimp paste (optional)
 1 tsp ground turmeric
COOKING METHODS :

- Add in all spice paste ingredients except ground turmeric into mixing jar to blend.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 9

- Add in oil and ground turmeric to saute until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in coconut cream and water into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in pineapples and salt, continue to cook.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in salmon into mixing jar for last 3 Minutes

- This Pineapple Curry with Salmon is best served with a steaming plate of white rice.
