1 tbsp fine sea salt
375 g flour (Italian milled flour)

- Shape dough into a ball and wrap in cling film. Rest for 30 Minutes.

- Flatten each piece and flour both sides.
- Roll dough out to your desired thickness
- Use machine or knife to cut into strips of desired width.
