INGREDIENTS :
(A) Marinade Chicken
 450 g chicken breast or thighs, cut 3cm in cubed
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 4 stalks Lemongrass (香茅), white tender part only, cut 4-5 cm
 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water
 ½ tsp sugar
 1 tsp pepper
 2 tbsp fish sauce
(B)
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 3 shallots , minced
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 2 dried chilies , deseeded
 60 ml water
 ½ tbsp brown sugar
PREPARATIONS :

- In a large bowl, mix the cubed chicken with all the ingredients (A).
- Set-asides to marinate for at least 1 hour or for up to 8 hours.

COOKING METHODS:

- Add the ingredients (B) oil, shallots, garlics and dried chilies. Then sautés.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the chicken and its marinade and continue to sauté until the chicken is just cooked through.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1-2 / Temperature: 120°C

4

- Serve with steamed white rice.
