INGREDIENTS :
 125 g tapioca flour
 75 g rice flour
 670 g coconut milk
 1 tsp alkaline water
 200 g palm sugar
 50 g sugar
 300 g shredded coconut
 1 tsp salt
 700 ml water (to steam)
COOKING METHODS :

- Add tapioca flour, rice flour, coconut milk and alkaline water into mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Transfer mixture into a serving bowl. Set-asides.

- Add palm sugar, sugar and coconut milk into clean mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add reserved mixture into mixing jar to mix.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Pour into a 8 inch round baking pan. Place into steamer large. Set-asides.
- Place water into a mixing jar, position steamer large onto mixing jar.
Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : Adjust timer to: 30 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Remove steamed Kueh and set-asides.
- Prepare a steam dish, add shredded coconut and salt. Mix well and place into steamer large to steam
- Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Let it cool completely.
- Cut Kueh into pieces and garnish with shredded coconut. Serve immediately.
