1 snapper fillet

1 inch ginger , cut into wedges
2 green onions, cut into 1-2 inch
2 tbsp sesame oil
(C) Sauce
2 tbsp red glutinous wine
1 tbsp glutinous rice wine
1 tbsp light soya sauce
½ tbsp brown sugar
pinch of salt and pepper
150 ml water
COOKING METHODS:

- Marinate fish with salt and pepper for 15 Minutes
Notes: Place fish in the stainless steel steam dish , parchment baking paper or foil

- Place the sesame oil, gingers and green onion into the mixing jar to sauté until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP: 5

- Add all the (C) sauce ingredients into the mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 110°C / HP: 5
- Pour the sauce mixture over the fish.

- Rinse the mixing jar and fill up 500ml water.
- Place the steamer dish with fish in the steamer tray and put on top of the jar's lid to steam.
Select preset mode R - STEAM - RUN then adjust the timer to
15 Minutes

- Serve hot with rice.
