INGREDIENTS :
 360 ml whole milk
 165 g sugar
 113 g mature ginger
 4 unflavored black tea bags
 480 ml heavy cream (full fat whipping cream)
Toppings
 crystallized ginger, chopped
 condensed milk, optional
COOKING METHODS :

- Add sugar to the mixing jar and press TURBO for 2 Seconds

- Add whole milk, tea bags and ginger into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature: 80°C

- Remove tea bags and ginger.
- Let it cool

- Attach butterfly whisk
- Add heavy cream to the mixing jar and whip until combine.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 4

- Transfer your ice cream mixture back to the airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight before serve.
- Serve with desired toppings.
