150 g cooking oil
20 g sesame oil
150 g ginger, cut into thinly stripes

Preparations
- Mix well all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Make sure that ginger stripes are all coated with oil.

- Add in oil and ginger stripes into mixing jar. Use spatula to stir again ginger and oil to mix well then fry.
Settings: Timer: 25 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

Notes
- The thickness of ginger stripes may vary for cooking time. Add time to continue cook till golden brown if needed.

- Strain out fried ginger and separate with oil. Transfer into a serving bowl for later use.
