500 g chicken breast, roughly cut
100 g bones, roughly cut
2 slices of fresh ginger
1200 g water
2 scallions
1 tbsp Chinese rice wine or dry sherry (omit for halal)
COOKING METHODS:

- Place water and all ingredients in the mixing jar. Select STEW . Adjust timer to 2 hours.
Settings: Timer: 2 Hours / Speed: 0 / Temperature: 100°C
Notes: You can use Tuya apps preset mode , select SIMPLE CHEF then stew

- Add salt to taste and black pepper if desired. Once the stock is cooled, strain the broth into individual containers and store them in the freezer for future use.
