INGREDIENTS :
 400 g chickpeas
 2 onions, quartered
 200 g tomatoes, chopped
 2 garlic cloves
 3 cm ginger
 3 green chilies, roughly chopped
 ¾ tbsp Ghee
 ¼ tsp ground coriander
 ¼ tsp ground cumin
 ¼ tsp chili powder
 ½ tsp turmeric
 ½ tsp garam masala
 ¾ tsp amchoor powder (optional)
 1 lemon juice
COOKING METHODS :

- Add the drained chickpeas and water into mixing jar to boil.
Settings: Timer: 60 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature: 120°C
- Set-asides.

- Add onions, garlic, ginger and green chilies into mixing jar to chop.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 5

- Add the ghee and salt into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the rest of the ingredients into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the boiled chickpeas to continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add the lemon juice, and a splash of water if you like a looser curry.

- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander. Serve hot with rice or bread.
