INGREDIENTS :
 250 g unsalted butter, softened in room temperature
 90 g caster sugar or brown sugar
 2 egg
 110 g cempedak
 250 g cake flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 60 ml milk
COOKING METHODS :

- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a large loaf tin with baking parchment.

Settings: Temperature: 180°C

- Place butter and sugar in the mixing jar and butterfly whisk.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 3

- Add egg one by one though the lid cover hole approx. 30 seconds interval.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 3

- Add cempedak puree and half of the flour in the mixing jar. Then mix.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Add the remaining flour, baking powder and milk in the mixing jar and mix.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
- Decorate the top of the cake.

- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the cake is golden and crack on top and cook through when tested with a skewer.
Settings: Timer: 35 - 40 Minutes / Temperature: 180°C
