INGREDIENTS :
 1 cup rolled oat
 500 ml water
 chicken, shreded
 carrot , peeled and cut in cubed
 black pepper to taste
 2 pieces dates, optional
 1 cloves onion
 2 cloves garlic
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 salt to taste
Garnish
 coriander
 spring onions
COOKING METHODS :
1

- Add onion and garlic into mixing jar. Then blend.
Settings: Press "TURBO" Timer: 2 Seconds

- Add in oil. Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add the shredded chicken, black pepper, salt and dates into mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add on rolled oat, water and carrot.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

5

- Transfer bubur lambuk into a bowl and garnish with coriander and spring onions. Ready to eat !!!
