INGREDIENTS
 300 g rice
 1500 ml water
COOKING METHODS:

- Place the rice in the simmering basket, then place inside the mixing jar.

- Fill up mixing jar with water until it just covers the rice (same level of rice or 1mm)

- Secure the jar lid cover and place the steamer position on the top of the lid cover.

- Select Steam.

*Place the steamer on top of the jar lid prevent splatter.
- Select preset mode R "STEAM" Auto Settings Timer : 20 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

TIPS: Cooking time (depends on the type of rice)
• 20 min (white rice)
• 25-30 min (brown rice, mixed rice)
• 25-30 min (glutinous rice, need to pre-soaked

Notes:
• Boiled rice to get rid of some of the starch. Main benefit is a lower starch content. If you‘re trying to cut down on your carbohydrate or calories.
