INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 120 g shallots
 3 cloves garlic
 5 cm ginger
 2 lemongrass (香茅), white part only
(B)
 60 g cooking oil
 1 cinnamon stick
 2 pieces star anise
 5 pieces cloves
 2 stalks curry leaves
 1 pieces cili padi
(C)
 500 g beef, cut into small *see tips
 30 g kerisik
 2 tbsp meat curry powder
 60 g dark soy sauce
 40 g sweet soy sauce
 250 ml coconut milk *see tips
(D)
 1 pieces onion, quartered
 1 tsp salt (to taste)
 1 tbsp sugar (to taste)
Garnish
 spring onion
 lemongrass, chopped white part
COOKING METHODS :

- Add ingredients (A) into mixing jar to chop.
- Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed : 10

- Add (B) into mixing jar to saute until aromatics.
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed : 1 / Temperature: 120°C

60 g cooking oil
1 cinnamon stick

1 pieces cili padi

- Add in all ingredients (C) to continue cook.
- Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed : 1 / Temperature: 120°C

500 g beef, cut into small *see tips
30 g kerisik
2 tbsp meat curry powder
60 g dark soy sauce
40 g sweet soy sauce
250 ml coconut milk *see tips

- Add (D) to cook.
- Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed : 1 / Temperature: 120°C

1 pieces onion, quartered
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tbsp sugar (to taste)

- Transfer to serving plate and garnish with spring onion and lemongrass.

Tips
- Use beef chuck and slice thin or small.
- May reduce coconut milk to 190 ml and add water to a total 250 ml for more gravy.
