Black Bean Squid

INGREDIENTS :
 2 large squid, skin removed, cut small strips
 1 red capsicum, cut strips
 1 green capsicum, cut strips
 ½ onion, peeled, cut
 2 cloved garlic, chopped
 2 slices ginger
 1 tbsp fermented black beans
Seasoning
 2 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine (omit for halal)
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tsp cornstarch
 1 tbsp water
PREPARATIONS :

- Soak the fermented black beans in cold water for 1 minute. Drain off the liquid.

COOKING METHODS :

- Place 500ml water and squid in the mixing jar and boil.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°

- As soon as the squid curls up, remove the squid and drain off the excess water. Set-asides.

Notes: You can use Tuya apps preset mode , select SIMPLE CHEF then boil

- Place 2 tbsp oil, ginger, garlic, and black bean in the mixing jar. Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°

- Place the squid, capsicum, onion and all the seasoning ingredients in the mixing jar and saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°

- Add the mixed cornstarch through the lid hole continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°

6

- Serve hot.
