INGREDIENTS :
 100 g Bentong ginger, cut into cubes
 25 g Dried longan
 300 g dark brown sugar
COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place ginger into mixing jar to chop.
- Select preset mode R - SMOOTHIES to blend in high speed until smooth texture.
Auto Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Scrape down sides of mixing jar with spatula.
- Place longan and continue chop.
Settings : Select press TURBO for 2 Seconds

- Place brown sugar into mixing jar and cook.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

Preparations
- Transfer to an airtight container.
- To serve, mix 1 tbsp ginger paste and 250 ml water until the paste has dissolved. Adjust according to preference.
