INGREDIENTS :
Frozen fruits
 6 frozen pineapple
 85 g frozen mango
 85 g strawberries
 60 g spinach
 2 tsp turmeric powder
 100 ml oat milk (coconut milk , almond milk)
 480 g ice (1 cup of ice = 240ml)
Topping
 Frozen blueberries, fresh raspberries, chia seeds, nuts
COOKING METHODS :

Prepare for High Speed Blending:
- You shall assist for high speed blending by pausing the rotate button every now and then to give it a mix.
- You may need to support the jar if there is vibration.

- Place in all the ingredients and blend from low to high speed.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 5

- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ to continue the blending with high speed until smooth texture.
Auto Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Pour smoothie into a bowl. Top off with your favourite fruits, seeds or nuts.
