INGREDIENTS :
 340 g asparagus, chopped
 4 mint leaves
 120 ml broth, water, breast milk or formula
 1000 ml water (to steam)
COOKING METHODS :

- Add water into mixing jar.
- Place simmering basket onto mixing jar.
- Add asparagus into simmering basket to steam until tender.
- Select preset mode R - STEAM and run the auto setting : Timer: 10 Minutes / Temperature : 120°C

- Remove the simmering basket. Reserve 50 ml water and discard the remaining water.
- Add the asparagus and mint leaves to blend.
Select preset mode R - SMOOTHIES to continue the high speed blending until smooth texture.
Auto Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Serve to baby, or freeze for later.
