INGREDIENTS :
 500 g Durian flesh
 390 g condensed milk
 400 g whipping cream
 390 g evaporated milk

COOKING METHODS :

- Place durian flesh into mixing jar to chop.
Press TURBO for 2 Seconds

- Install Butterfly Whisk.
- Add condensed milk, whipping cream and evaporated milk into mixing jar to mix.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature: 80°C

- Transfer durian mixture into a container and keep in freezer overnight.

- Serve cold.
