INGREDIENTS :
 1 brown onion, peeled cut quartered
 2 cloves garlic, peeled
 ½ tbsp butter or olive oil
 1 large broccoli (approx. 400g)
 1 sweet potato (approx. 180g)
 725 ml chicken or vegetable broth
 250 ml milk or coconut milk
 ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
 Salt and pepper to taste

COOKING METHODS:
1

- Place in the onion , garlic and olive oil. Press TURBO
Settings: Timer: 3 Seconds

- Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add broccoli and sweet potato. Then chop.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed 4

- Add broth and continue saute.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add nutmeg, salt & pepper milk and saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C

- Slowly increase the speed from 5 to 8 for fine blend to smooth texture.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 5-8

- Serve in bowls with crumbled bacon (option for non halal) and cheese.
