Preparation
- Wash, peel off radish skin and cut them into chunks. Then, set them aside.
- Wash and cut beef roast into chunks.
- Place garlics, ginger slices and all the sauce ingredients to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP:4
- Add blanched beef chucks to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1-2 / Temperature : 120°C / HP:4
- Add sugar and water to braise until beef is tender.
Settings: Timer: 60 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP:5
If the beef is still tough, extend time and water as needed.
- Transfer the beef to a large serving bowl
- Add daikon radish to cook
Settings: Timer: 35 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP: 5
- Transfer the daikon radish and sauce to the serving bowl with beef.
- Add green onion for garnishing.
Tips:
- You can use a strainer to remove oil or fat.
- For thicker sauce, you can adding corn starch and water to stir for last 30 seconds.
- For half the recipes, approx. 400g-500g beef,
you may remain the beef in the mixing while adding daikons to continue cooking.
