INGREDIENTS :
 5 shallots, peeled
 3 cloves garlic, peeled
 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 15 g dried shrimp
 20 g dried cuttlefish
 250 g Jicama (Yam Bean), shredded
 50 g carrot (shredded)
 30 g Mushroom, soaked sliced
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 Pepper to taste
 50 ml water (optional for soft texture)
COOKING METHODS :

- Place shallots and garlics into the mixing jar. Press TURBO 2 Seconds

- Place in vegetable oil, garlic and shallots into the mixing jar to stir-fry until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°
- Scape down.

- Add in cuttlefish, dried shrimp, mushrooms to stir-fry until fragrant in the mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 7 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°

- Add jicama, carrots, sauces and pepper to stir-fry.
Settings: Timer: 8 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°

Optional:
- Add water to cook for soft texture.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°

Tips:
- Jiu Hu Char can be used for Popiah or Pie Tee filling.
