Wash and dry the chicken then cut into bite sizes.
Wash and Rinse cordyceps and then let soak in cool water for 5 minutes.
Marinate chicken with all the sauces mixture, cordycep flowers, gingers, red dates , wolfberries and Dong Gui (当归) for 20 minutes.
Fill up 500ml water into the mixing jar and close the lid cover without measuring cup.
Place the steaming plate with marinated chicken in the steamer tray and put on top of the mixing jar to steam.
Select preset mode R - STEAM - RUN to steam for 20 minutes.
Serve hot and give your immune system a boost!
