500 g chicken meat
30 g black fungus
150 ml water
½ tsp salt
150 ml yellow Glutinous Rice Wine
COOKING METHODS:

- Place ginger, garlics and sesame oil into the mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP: 4

- Add chicken and all the ingredients except ginger wine to saute.
Settings: Timer: 8 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP: 4

- Add ginger wine through the lid to saute.
