INGREDIENTS :
 100 g black beans, beets and banana baby puree
 ½ banana
 227 g frozen strawberries
 1 tsp hemp or ground flax seeds
 177 ml milk of choice *see notes
COOKING METHODS :

- Place in all the ingredients.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- You may need to add in additional milk, in 60 ml increments, if the smoothie is too thick.
- Continue to blend until finer texture.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Transfer into a baby smoothie cup and serve.
- Some of the juice produces pulp that is full of fiber and goodness. You can always strain the juice for a better texture.

Tips
Protein Boost Smoothie instead of the pouch, you can increase the banana to 1 banana. For more protein, you can add in 6-8 cooked black or white beans.
Notes on Milk: you can use any milk you prefer in these smoothies – regular, prepared formula, breastmilk, almond, soy, or oat milk. If using plant-based milk, make sure to use a plain version with no added sugars.
