Make sure your baby has tried each of the ingredient separately before to eliminate allergy issues. Iron and zinc are essential nutrients for growth. Pureed chicken is one of the great source of iron and zinc because the nutrients can be easily absorbed in baby's digestive system. Serve with any vegetable puree (example: Long bean puree) to make it a balanced meal. Loosen it with formula or breast milk if necessary.
