INGREDIENTS :
 300 g fresh mango , frozen
 100 g natural yogurt
 150 ml milk
 1 tsp honey
 100 ml iced water
 ½ tsp ground cardamom (optional)
PREPARATIONS :

- Cut the mango into cubes.
- Frozen in the refrigerator for 3 hours

COOKING METHODS :
