INGREDIENTS :
 220 g Red lentils (Mysore dhal)
 150 g onion, cut into wedges
 2 cloves garlic
 10 g ginger, sliced
 30 g oil
 2 tsp turmeric powder
 2 tsp cumin powder
 1 tsp paprika
 ½ tsp chili powder
 100 g carrots, diced
 2 pieces tomatoes, diced
 150 g cabbage, chopped
 250 ml milk
 250 ml water
 1 ½ tsp salt
PREPARATIONS :

- Soak red lentils in warm water for at least half an hour.
- Wash and rinse the soaked lentils.
- Set asides.

COOKING METHODS :

- Add onions, garlic and ginger into mixing jar to chop.
Press TURBO 3 Seconds

- Add oil into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, and chili powder continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add carrots and tomatoes to cook.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add reserved red lentils, cabbage, milk, water and salt continue to cook.
Settings: Timer: 12 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve hot.
