Sambal Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS :
(A) Prawns (option)
 3 tbsp cooking oil
 10 prawns (medium size)
(B) Eggs
 4 tbsp cooking oil
 2 eggs
(C) Spices, vege, beans
 4 tbsp cooking oil
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 2 cloves garlics, minced
 4 shallots, sliced
 60 g green beans, carrots or vegetable
 2 tbsp sambal or chili paste (option)
(D) Sauces
 1 ½ tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
 1 tsp pepper
(E) Rice
 250 g cooked rice, overnight in refridgerator
Garnish
 1 stalk spring green onion, chopped
COOKING METHODS :

- Install Bunt Blade

Ingredients A:
- Place cooking oil and prawns in the mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

Notes: you can skip this if you like to replace with dried shrimps or anchovies. 40g of dried shrimps or anchovies mix into ingredients C

Ingredients B:
- Place cooking oil and eggs in the mixing jar to fry.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: L / Temperature : 120°C

- Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate. Set-asides.

Notes: if the cooked eggs stick on the base due to too less oil, use the spatula to remove 50-60% of the cooked eggs on the base before proceed to the next step.

Ingredients C:
- Add cooking oil ,spices , sambal (chili paste) and vegetable in the mixing to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

Ingredients D & E :
- Add the rice and sauces in the mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add the scrambled eggs in the mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Transfer to a plate , sprinkle with some chopped spring onion and serve hot !

Tips:
- Use leftover rice keeps for several days in the fridge, and it also freezes well. Break up the clumps of rice before cooking it.
- Don’t use too many ingredients.
- Use ingredients that are cut into fairly small pieces.
- Enough cooking oil

Clean:
-Wash the mixing jar and butterfly whisk. Add 1L water and 2 drops of detergents
