1 tsp salt
60 g oil *not olive oil or vegetable oil

- Place all the ingredients into mixing jar to blend.

- Scrape down the sides of the mixing jar with spatula.

- Pour the garlic paste into a sterilised jar and cover with a thin film of additional oil. Refrigerate.

Notes
- The garlic paste can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks. Ensure that the top of the paste is covered with a thin film of oil and only clean utensils are used to scoop out the paste.
