¾cuppepita seeds (Green Pumpkin Seeds)

½lemon zest
½lime zest
Shaker Spice Mix
1tsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
1tspkashmiri chili powder

Salad
¼cupsavoy cabbage, shredded
¼cupcoriander leaves
½avocado, sliced
8cherry tomatoes, halved

PREPARATIONS :

- Combine the chicken and all marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Leave to marinate for 60 Minutes

- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking tray with paper.
