INGREDIENTS :
 500 ml water
 500 g chicken carcass
 500 g chicken thigh meat, skin removed, cut into large cubes and marinated with corn flour
 250 ml full cream milk
 150 g potato, peeled and cut into cubes
 150 g fresh shitake mushrooms
 100 g cheese
 30 g butter
 5 cloves garlic
 1 medium-sized yellow onion
 2 tsp salt
 1 tsp white pepper powder
COOKING METHODS :

Make Chowder
- Place water and chicken carcass into mixing jar to boil.
- Select preset mode R - “QUICK SOUP “ adjust to Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed : 1 / Temperature : 100°C

- Discard chicken carcass with the aid of kitchen tong.
- Add in potatoes, butter, garlic and onion into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed : 1 / Temperature : 100°C

- Blend everything until smooth.

- Add in the rest of the ingredients to boil.
