20 g cooking oil
6 cloves garlic
(B) Marinade Prawn
350 g prawns
6 cloves garlic, peeled and lightly smashed with back of a knife
2 tbsp tamarind paste
1 ½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
½ tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp corn flour
PREPARATIONS :

- Clean prawns, slit the back and remove the vein. Keep prawn head and shell intact.

- Marinate prawns with all the (B) marinade ingredients for 30 Minutes.
COOKING METHODS :

- Place minced garlics and cooking oil to saute.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in marinated prawns to saute.

- Transfer the tamarind prawns and garnish with spring onion
