INGREDIENTS :
 12 pieces pandan leaves, cut into small pieces
 150 ml water
 200 g coconut milk
 150 g plain flour, sifted
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tsp coconut oil

COOKING METHODS :

- Place the 12 pandan leaves, cut into small pieces add 150 ml water.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Set asides.

- Place all ingredients in a clean mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Scrape down the side, mix it.
Settings: Timer: 5 Seconds / Speed: 3

- Sieve the batter and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Fry
- Heat the pan, apply a thin layer of oil, pour in the batter when the temperature is hot, and then turn it over. Slightly fry the other side. Then transfer it into clean plate.

Preparation
- After the wrapper cool down, add shredded coconut filling and wrap it up and enjoy it.
