230gchicken thighs, cut 3 cm
1tbsplight soy sauce
1tbspoyster sauce
1 ½tspdark soy sauce
½tspsugar
Pepper to taste

3 cloves garlic , peeled
20gginger, peeled
20gsesame oil
5dried Chinese mushrooms , soaked thinly sliced
(C)
300gBasmati rice or white rice , washed
400mlwater , included the soaked mushroom water
Garnish
1spring onions , finely chopped
PREPARATIONS :

- Soak mushrooms in a bowl with boiled water for 20 minutes then cut into slices
- Wash chicken with corn starch flour and rinse with running tap water. Then marinate for 30 minutes.
- Wash the rice and strain.
COOKING METHODS :

- Place garlic and ginger into mixing jar, then chop.

- Scrape down sides, add in sesame oil to saute until aromatic.
