INGREDIENTS :
 1 carrot, cut into 2-3 cm
 ½ brown onion peeled & quartered
 200 g white or red cabbage, cut into pieces
 100 g Green apple, cut into 2-3 cm
 Loose packed fresh parsley leaves
 4 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or coarse ground mustard (option)
 ½ tsp celery seeds (option)
 Salt and pepper to taste
COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place in the cabbage, carrot, onion and apple one by one into mixing jar, and weight.

- Place in all the dressing, and start chop.
Settings: Timer: 5 Seconds / Speed: 5

- Scrape down sides of mixing jar.

- Repeat chop if you wish to have more finely cut.
Settings: Timer: 5 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Serve.

Tips:
- Cabbage is best chopped into quarters with the hard spine removed.
