INGREDIENTS :
½ lemon juice
1 large egg yolk (organic)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 pinch salt kosher
1 pinch black pepper
200 ml avocado oil
COOKING METHODS :

- Insert butterfly whisk, place all the ingredients except oil and mix.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed 4

- Slowly add the oil through the lid hole while mixing until the complete the cycle.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 4

- Pour into a jar and store in the refrigerator.

Tips:
• Avocado oil – is particularly our favourite and the one I make the most primarily because it is healthy option and it’s neutral when it comes to taste and flavours.
• Eggs – Use as fresh eggs as possible.
