Wolfberry Leaves Fish Ball Soup

INGREDIENTS :
 30 g oil
 50 g anchovies, washed and drained
 2 cloves garlic, sliced
 1200 ml water
 250 g wolfberry leaves
 150 g fish ball
 ¼ tsp salt
 2 pieces eggs, lightly beaten
COOKING METHODS :

- Add in oil, garlic and anchovies into mixing jar to saute.
Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in water into mixing jar to boil.
Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 0 / Temperature: 100°C / Heat Power : 10

*Caution: Stack up steamer large on top of the jar lid cover to prevent water splatter

- Add in wolfberry leaves, fish ball and salt to continue cook.
Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Slowly add lightly beaten egg into mixing jar through measuring cup.
Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: L / Temperature: 120°C
