Toast Walnuts And Black Sesame
- Toast the raw walnuts and black sesame in the oven 150°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Set-asides.
- Add in toasted walnuts into mixing jar to blend.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 7
- Add in toasted black sesame, glutinous rice powder, sugar and water into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C
Notes: Remove the measuring cup and place the simmering basket on-top to prevent water splatter.
- Continue blend. Caution ! Lock with measuring cup.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10
- Blend again for finer texture.
- Serve immediately.
