- Peeled the excess fibers from the corn and the shell as well. Cut the corn into half. Depending on the size of the corn you can cut it into 3 portions or 2.
- In a bowl, add butter and black pepper. Mix well and set-asides.

- Add sweet corn and cover with steamer lid.

- Apply reserved butter mixture with brush and sprinkle with some salt on corn. Serve hot.
