- Install butterfly whisk
- Place all the (A) into mixing jar to mix .
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed 3
- Use a strainer, strain the egg mixture in order to achieve silky soft texture when it is steamed.
- Pour into individual bowl.
- Top with fresh mushroom and crab sticks, that fit into steamer large.
- Cover the bowls with aluminium foil. Place in the large steamer.
- Add 500 ml water into mixing jar.
- Place the large steamer with eggs on top of the jar lid's cover.
- Select preset mode R - STEAM and run the auto setting : Timer: 20 Minutes / Temperature : 120°C
- Remove the steamer from the jar.
- Add prawns and green beans into the jar to boil for 1 minutes with temperature : 110°C
- Remove the foil cover from the bowls, and place the prawns and green beans on the eggs topping.
- Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce mixture on the topping for more flavour.
- Serve hot immediately.
